“What Would You Have Me To Do?”

Monday, June 29, 2015                     …         Philippians 2:9-10 (ESV)

Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

Dear Father, I thank You for providing a perfect Lord for my life, the Lord

Jesus Christ. Please guide me each and every day to follow Him.

Tuesday, June 30, 2015                     …         Acts 9:6 (KJV)

And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?

Dear Lord, I pray that You fill me with a deep desire to sincerely seek Your will for my life each and every day.

Wednesday, July 1, 2015                            Acts 9:6 (KJV)

And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

Dear Father, give me the courage to open my mind and heart to what You would have me do today; help me to trust that Your will is greater than mine, even if I don’t understand it.

Thursday, July 2, 2015                       …         Romans 12:2 (ESV)

Do not be conformed to this world,[a] but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Dear Lord, please continue to change me each day; transform me as I actively seek to become a mature follower of You. I long to truly desire Your will for my life more than I desire the things of this world.

Friday, July 3, 2015                            …         Psalm 50:23 (ESV)

The one who offers thanksgiving as his sacrifice glorifies me; to one who orders his way rightly I will show the salvation of God!”

Dear Lord, show me today how You would have me to conduct my life- what things I need to embrace; what things I need to let go.

Saturday, July 4, 2015                       …         II Timothy 4:6-8 (ESV)

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”

Dear Lord, through Your leading and my active following, I pray that my life will, like Paul’s, reflect continued growth and faithfulness to the end.
